Mindful and meditative walking

Breathwalk, derived from Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and Gurucharan Singh, is a technique that combines rhythmic breathing sequences synchronized with your steps and meditative focus. It is a simple, natural, and effective way to powerfully revitalize your body, mind, and spirit, counteracting not only low energy but also anxiety, depression, mood swings, high blood pressure, obesity, poor circulation, and much more.

The training is open to everyone, whether you are an experienced practitioner or not. 
In this place conducive to meditation, contemplation, and introspection, you will reconnect with nature and your own biological rhythm. You will give yourself the chance to fully experience your true self and connect with what is essential.

At the end of the training, you will have the knowledge and tools necessary for personal practice and teaching BREATHWALKS.
